Milton CAT is seeking experienced Service Technicians. Technicians are responsible for the diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, overhaul and maintenance of customer and company heavy equipment and components. Depending on the location and assignment, the technician will be responsible for some or all of the functions and duties listed below. Milton CAT is seeking an experienced Earthmoving Equipment Service Technician to work in our Binghamton, NY location. Technicians are responsible for the diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, overhaul and maintenance of customer and company heavy equipment and components. Depending on the location and assignment, the technician will be responsible for some or all the functions and duties listed below. Milton CAT is seeking a highly experienced Level I Shop Service Technician, well versed in CAT equipment. The Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, overhaul and maintenance of customer and company heavy equipment and components including but not limited to skid steers, excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, engines, and hydraulic systems. Depending on the location and assignment, the technician will be responsible for some, or all the functions and duties listed below.

The Diesel Technician Training program has a set start date in June 2025, and we are hiring now for a limited number of trainee spots.   This is a paid training program. Starting pay rate for Trainees hired for MA locations is $23.50/hr.
