Milton CAT is seeking experienced Service Technicians. Technicians are responsible for the diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, overhaul and maintenance of customer and company heavy equipment and components. Depending on the location and assignment, the technician will be responsible for some or all of the functions and duties listed below. These repairs may require working hours in addition to the normal work schedule for emergency calls or routine service as required. We are currently looking for shop and field technicians for our Earthmoving and Power Systems divisions.  

Milton CAT is looking for a Project Manager in the Power Systems Division.  In this position, there will be training and transition time available to the successful candidate.  This role will provide management of power generation projects from receipt of purchase through customer acceptance, which includes timely, cost-effective, and efficient management of multiple projects to meet customer expectations.  This person will organize, schedule, coordinate, and effectively communicate to execute projects. 

Milton CAT is looking for an experienced Allied Sales Representative.  This position is unique within Milton CAT in that it primarily deals with supporting internal and external customers with parts found outside the Caterpillar system.  This position is responsible for utilizing our existing suppliers as well as developing new sources that can meet our customer’s requirements when appropriate.    Pay Rate:  $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.  This position is eligible for yearly bonuses.

Milton CAT is seeking a highly experienced Level I Shop Service Technician, well versed in CAT equipment. The Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, overhaul and maintenance of customer and company heavy equipment and components including but not limited to skid steers, excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, engines, and hydraulic systems. Depending on the location and assignment, the technician will be responsible for some, or all the functions and duties listed below.  

We are looking for highly driven, mechanically inclined individuals passionate about developing a careers as Heavy Equipment or Electric Power Generation technicians to join the Milton CAT Diesel Technician Trainee program! The Diesel Technician Training program has a set start date in June 2025, and we are hiring now for a limited number of trainee spots.   This is a paid training program.
