This position will be responsible for the development and administration of the company's electrical safety program. This will include creating training content for the safety program, conducting classroom and on-line training for Power Systems and Earth Moving Technicians; developing criteria and evaluating Technician qualifications to work on various equipment; managing the inventory of specialized PPE and the vendors; assisting the Safety Department with in-store and in-field inspections; training Technicians on how to complete electrical safety JHA's/inspections; and conducting annual observations.

The CSA Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of Customer Service Agreements/Preventative Maintenance contracts and other scheduled preventative maintenance work.  The CSA coordinator provides scheduling, communication and support for dispatch of scheduled/recommended preventative maintenance per Caterpillar’s scheduled maintenance work.  CSA Coordinator communicates with Customers, Service Technicians, Service Management personnel, Product Support Consultants (PSCs), and our corporate Service Solution Center.
