The Component Rebuild Technician will be responsible for disassembling and assembling hydraulic cylinders for rebuild or repair. In this newly created role, you will provide dedicated support and operational accountability for the company’s growing focus on Customer Value Agreements (CVA).  Customer Value Agreements are customizable agreements that support routine maintenance and repair intervals requiring parts and labor.  In this role, you will regularly work with Parts, Service, Product Support and Sales Department employees on initiatives and growth objectives that involve CVAs.  Partnering with the marketing department, you will help develop the communications to effectively inform and enable our customer facing sales team for success You will also provide routine performance updates; identifying barriers and challenges that impact the sales execution and administration process.  You will be our Subject Matter Expert about current Caterpillar CVA offerings and guidelines for qualification as well researching and sharing current market trends in this space.
