Parts Operations Analyst

Milton CAT is looking for a self-motivated, proactive Operations Analyst to drive operational improvement through analyzing available data and system capabilities, generating reporting, and implementing processes. Your job will include working with the branch stores, cross-functional teams and departments to work on projects aimed at streamlining processes and workflows, and driving incremental efficiencies.  If you love Operations and have a keen eye for details, reporting and data analytics, detective work, streamlining workflows and process optimization, we look forward to talking with you.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

This position is based out of Milford, MA but can be performed remotely from any of the Milton CAT locations

• Develop and maintain reporting to drive organizational accountability by transforming financial data into governable actions to attain key operational targets
• Partner with the Training group to identify operational inefficiencies and drive change through process improvements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve inefficiencies and leverage system functions to streamline and optimize daily tasks
• Identify any system related issues and work with responsible parties on resolutions
• Proactive maintenance of system settings and logic to best achieve operational goals
• Support branch stores with operational challenges to ensure business continuity
• Contribute to the execution of key annual initiatives, providing operational support to ensure successful achievement of project timelines

• Previous experience in data analytics and reporting (Power BI a plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid technical background in Microsoft programs
• Enjoys sleuth work, digging to find answers and problem solving
• Proactive/ambitious mindset
