Overview

We are seeking an entry to mid-level Systems Analyst to play a critical role in the ongoing migration, implementation, configuration, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance and Operations) platform. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and D365 functionality, ensuring the system is optimized to support financial, supply chain, and operational processes.  This is a high growth position where you will be mentored by a highly experienced ERP Architect, be exposed to the full life cycle of a complex D365 ERP migration and then lead the charge into future phases of optimizations to the platform. 

 

Pay Range: $85,000 to $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Map current-state business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend future-state solutions leveraging native D365 functionality (minimizing customization).
  • Change Management: Collaborate with project managers on change management activities related to D365 updates and new feature rollouts, ensuring smooth user adoption.
  • Data Integrity: Work closely with data teams to ensure data migration and ongoing data integrity within the D365 environment, focusing on master data management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between end-users, management, and the technical D365 development team.
  • Training: Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions for end-users on new D365 features and optimized processes.
  • Travel:  Up to 20% travel to support end users

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or CE) a strong plus
  • Strong documentation, testing and analytical skills
  • Highly driven, intellectually curious and detail oriented:  an innate need to research and explore
  • Strong communication, business and leadership skills
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in documenting functional specifications and process diagrams.
