Overview

This is a field-based sales role covering the state of New Hampshire.  SITECH Northeast, is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial professional to join our expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic, on-the-road environments and are passionate about using technology to drive productivity and innovation in the construction industry.

 

This is a salary plus bonus position.  Company vehicle, computer and cell phone provided.  

 

Note: We are recruiting for one open position that could be based anywhere within our territory. We have advertised this position in multiple cities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business while supporting a growing user base.
  • Lead business conversations focused on how technology improves accuracy, speed, productivity, and margins.
  • Collaborate with SITECH technical staff to support Trimble solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-through.
  • Participate in industry events and maintain active involvement in trade organizations.
  • Provide support outside standard business hours when needed.
  • Successfully balance planning and strategy within a high-velocity environment.
  • Answer your phone, call people back, and deliver what’s been promised.
  • Travel throughout the SITECH Northeast territory and outside of the SITECH Northeast territory as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and competitive nature.
  • Passion for construction technology and its impact on jobsite efficiency.
  • Clean driving record and willingness to travel throughout the SITECH Northeast territory.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience operating or supporting GPS-based construction technology.
  • Practical experience in earthmoving, grading, or site work (“dirt work”) environments.
  • Familiarity with machine control systems and field applications of Trimble or similar technology.
  • Proficiency in software such as Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and CRM tools.
