- Bachelor’s degree in business or liberal arts
- 8+ years of work experience of analyzing and interpreting data as a business analyst, business intelligence professional, or similar capacity
- Highly proficient with Power Platform (Power BI, Apps, Automate and Dataverse), development and administration
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business problems and opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities, functional disciplines, and levels of seniority.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with fluency switching between drilling down into detailed metrics, synthesizing across disparate data sources and designing / presenting high-level, impactful dashboards which enable executive decision making
- Strong knowledge of cloud data architecture and development. Having experience with one of the cloud services…. Azure, AWS or GCP
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
- Basic Active Directory concepts, security permissions and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to implement row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models within Power BI
- Proficiency in data visualization using applications such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView/QlikSense
- Record of achievement in their career to date and with a proven ability to deliver even during times of ambiguity
- Ability to embrace complex, technical challenges and drive effective change management
- Ability to effect change both through flexing processes and tools as individual levers, optimizing based on feasibility and efficiency
- The ability to listen sensitively to the views of others, relentlessly seeking user feedback and contextualizing given business strategy
- Comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization, managing through influence rather than direct reporting lines
