Milton CAT is looking to invest in and develop the right individual with the goal of supporting our sales team and customer base to expanding our market share as well as launching your career path within Milton CAT.  You will go through extensive training covering “who we are at Milton CAT”, the products, parts and services we represent and sell, our internal systems and departments as well as the industry as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and drive new customer on-boarding: managing customer portals and paperwork
  • Administrative support (and sometimes emotional support) for our sales team and customers
    • Writing quotes, renewals, updating contracts and all required paperwork and documentation
  • Chasing down paperwork, Certificates of Insurance, Safety and Compliance documentation
  • “All things” customer support and service: Invoice, contract, process questions/revisions
  • Track and manage sample inspections and CAT Inspect reports
  • Learn and master our corporate business systems to complete all of the above
  • Become the “go-to-person” for sales and customers

Qualifications

  • Highly organized task master: emails, phone calls, documents, paperwork, reports
  • Process oriented with a high level of detail
  • Strong customer service (internal and external) and customer facing skills
  • Solid communication skills: phone, email, documentation, face-to-face
  • Good energy/attitude
  • An aptitude to learn, grow and excel
  • Highly team oriented with a drive to support
  • Strong technology skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook as well as ERP systems
  • Familiarity with service agreements and “preventative maintenance services” a strong plus
