As the exclusive dealer of Caterpillar equipment in the Northeast, Milton CAT is one of the largest Caterpillar dealerships in the world—your gateway to the “big kid’s sandbox” of the most recognizable construction equipment on the planet.
Territory: This position will cover the Northern Maine territory, specifically Hancock, Penobscot, and Washington counties.
Candidates must reside within Penobscot County to be considered.
Salary Range:
Starting at $55K+ depending on experience. This is a bonus-eligible position with potential for three trimester payouts and six-figure earnings.
Milton CAT is looking to invest in and develop the right candidate to drive business of compact to large heavy equipment within the assigned territory. This is a field-based role, requiring daily travel to job sites, customer meetings, and prospecting opportunities. You’ll engage in meaningful business conversations and close deals with valued customers and prospects.

Associates Degree in business administration, communications or related field required. Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of an associate’s degree.
