Inside Sales Representative - Rental

Milton CAT is seeking a Rental Dept Inside sales Rep.  Responsibilities include managing rental fleet system role in, application completion and follow through for state, federal and factory documents.  Maintain equipment records, assisting rental sales representatives, customers, and industry mangers with information on asset, and supporting the overall rental sales effort.

• Maintain rental & project opportunities within AX and CRM.
• Assist Rental Sales Representatives OSRs in their sales efforts.
• Generate and distribute rental and power systems reports.
• Maintain rental processes and support audit function.
• Assist in all aspects of the rental & sales process.
• General office duties.

• High school diploma or (GED) equivalent, with college or trade school preferred.
• Ability to change priorities and remain productive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations. 
• Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of construction industry and its applications by our customers.
• Experience supporting a sales and asset management.
