Overview

Milton CAT is seeking a Service Coordinator/Key User to work in our Londonderry, NH location.  This candidate will work within the Service Organization to support service operations which include communications, software, process, problem solving and technologies being utilized for both internal service technicians and customers.  A tremendous emphasis is placed on follow through and a positive attitude.  

 

Pay Range: $24.04 - $28.85 per hour based on education, experience, and location.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and receive requests for service and quotes.
  • Opens and update invoices, work orders.
  • Large emphasis on supporting supervisors from all departments in timely closing of service calls.
  • Assist with incremental repair quotes.
  • Passes on lead for work to other departments.
  • Assist with the support of business systems and process change.
  • Front line support of computer technology and software applications.
  • Develop documentation to support processes.
  • Provide training on current systems, upgrades and new software implementations.
  • Personal computer configurations and problem resolution (training provided).
  • Flexible to work after hours when needed to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality relative to pricing, promotion, distribution, inventory, customer lists and financial reports.
  • Assists with clerical tasks thru out service department (payroll processing, purchase order processing, ect.)
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with computer setup (hardware/technical) and software installation.
  • Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • General understanding of construction machinery and a mechanical aptitude.
  • College degree or related experience
