Regional Parts Counter Agent

In this newly created role, the Regional Parts Counter Agent will support MULTIPLE Milton CAT locations, providing us with a better ability to support our customers.  Potential locations include:  Milford, Chicopee, Wareham in MA and Cranston in RI. (Mileage reimbursement and increased compensation included)

Milton CAT is looking to invest in and develop the right individuals with the goal of doubling our parts and services revenue AND launching your career path within Milton CAT.  You will go through an extensive training program covering the parts, services and products we represent as well as our internal systems and technologies.

• First shift Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday morning hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service in-person and on the phone.
• Look up parts via CAT and 3^rd party program.
• Process Customer and Shop orders, backorders, credits and quotes.
• Handle cash and credit payments and returns per procedures.
• Assisting customers after hours when on-call.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns as necessary.

• High School Diploma or (GED) equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and work ethic.
• Solid verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for learning and leveraging new technology.
• Organized and detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Prior industry experience.
• Experience in automotive industry a plus.
• Basic mechanical ability a plus.
