Overview

Milton Cat is looking for a new team member to join the Machines Sales Training team. As a member of this group, you will work with Cat Product & Application personnel learning the newest information about the CAT machine line. With this information, a trainer then works to create and deliver appropriate training content for the Milton Cat sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Milton Cat Sales Team as a primary contact for machine knowledge.
  • Create and deliver training content for current CAT production models to the sales team.
  • Manage the product information section of the learning platform to ensure content accuracy.
  • Manage all aspects of online training, including content creation, editing, and delivery through the Learning platform.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of in-person machine training including logistics, scheduling, and assessments.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts in the various CAT product groups.
  • Attend CAT training at various training facilities.
  • Continuously review and evaluate training programs and best practices to remain current with the latest training material and delivery methods and trends.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.  

  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and being on camera.
  • Occasional travel required for this position.  Some overnight and out of state travel will be required.
  • Self-motivated to work along and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and goals.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office specifically Powerpoint.
