We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to oversee, direct and develop the Inside Sales Representatives throughout our territory. The Supervisor will monitor Inside Sales metrics, manage the entire day-to-day administration process and report key performance indicators, profit and service levels to our management team. They should also be able to train, lead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve goals for machine sales, product support and corporate marketing initiatives.


Pay Rate: Competitive salary structure with $58k-65k Base Salary depending on experience with bonus potential based on attainment of goals, individual performance and company results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the hiring and training of Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Develop training, and continuously ensure accuracy and optimized delivery of training programs. Spend time developing sales skills of the Inside Sales team by sitting with them on the phones regularly and coaching to maximize results; convert training opportunities into measurable action items.
  • Manage daily operations of the team, with the primary focus on growing and retaining our customers across all business segments.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to facilitate team’s use of ongoing marketing programs for machine and product support sales. Ensure strong team communication and direction to effectively manage all promotions and sales initiatives.
  • Manage lists, databases and calling campaigns for sales team.
  • Define, develop, track, organize and report out on the necessary metrics to effectively govern our coverage strategy and monitor sales performance.
  • Responsible for the team’s delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure team’s knowledge and utilization of all available technology including our enterprise sales system and CRM systems.
  • Effectively communicate and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to by the team; lead by example in all safe work practices and procedures and verify assigned personnel are knowledgeable and following relevant practices and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Ability to train, lead, inspire, motivate and coach a diverse group of people in a variety of store locations.
  • Sales or Account Management background preferred, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exemplary communication skills – high degree of comfort with professional phone skills and comfortable presenting to small groups
  • 3-4 years of job-related experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a prior supervisor or manager capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
  • Exposure to an ERP/Sales system and a CRM system desirable
  • Regional travel within the assigned territory is required.
